15+ years’ experience as a Compliance Leader across Financial markets, with 3+ years’ experience within the Crypto space.

Previously spent 8+ years as the leader of a Foreign Exchange Payments firm, where they developed and implemented their compliance frameworks from scratch and oversaw over £150m of transactions in years 1 &2 of operation as Company Director.

Most recently spent 3+ years as Chief Compliance Officer of a global Crypto lending platform, leading the scaling of their global compliance function and increasing their managed headcount from under 5 to 60+ across multiple regions. Here, they also absorbed the role of Global Data Protection Officer.
