10+ years’ experience managing Talent Acquisition functions for leading Finance firms, with 2+ years’ experience exclusively within the Crypto space.

Previously led the Talent Acquisition function of a leading Crypto Asset bank, where they not only developed and implemented the firms HR and Talent function, but also provided a hands-on approach by directly hiring 40+ team members across a 6-month period (a 40% headcount increase firmwide), including building complete marketing, product, and security departments from scratch.

Most recently scaled a high-profile digital asset custody firm as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they led the development of their North America function as well as participating in full HR cycle operations such as reference and background checks, producing offer letters and training & orientation for new team members.
