Their latest role included 5 years’ experience as a part of the HR team for a large digital payment provider, most recently as Head of HR. Here, they built the company’s HR processes from scratch, and streamlined recruitment processes by directly sourcing candidates, conducted agency negotiations, and used employment law expertise to develop contract templates.

Previously spent 9 years as a HR Manager for a large manufacturing corporation. Building the department from scratch once more, here they led group HR strategy and responsibilities across multiple global regions, increasing employee engagement and brand awareness, leading them to be recognised as ‘platinum standard’.
