20+ years’ experience as a startup Product and Operations leader, with 3+ years’ experience exclusively in the Crypto space.

Most recently spent 3+ years as the Head of Product for a prominent Fintech/Crypto solutions firm. Here, they led the development of their entire financial product suite, as well as developing investment strategy to secure a $3m seed funding round. They also led the development the firm’s people operations and customer support functions. They also have extensive blockchain and digital asset experience, leading the product and development efforts for two NFT marketplaces, an onchain custody solution, a governance DAO and staking solutions.

Previously spent 8+ years across multiple roles for a large technology insurance firm, first developing as a content manager before transitioning into Product. Here, they led the growth, product marketing and product management functions across multiple countries in the APAC region, launching several programs that cumulatively service more than 4 million customers.
