Our client, is a market leader in their niche providing an innovative way for new and existing blockchain projects to build on Ethereum. They are based across the United States is looking for a web3 Accounting Manager to join their growing finance team.

This person will be responsible for managing a team that works together to maintain the books and records of the company/all it's entities.

Role:

- Come up with accounting policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Perform month end close and general bookkeeping.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of budgets.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of balance sheets and crypto wallets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields.
- CPA certification.
- 5+ years experience in Accounting, ideally 2 years in web3 space.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Accounting tools experience such as Netsuite, Intuit, Xero, etc.
