Business Development Manager (Closed)

Our client, a leading digital assets trading platform focused on serving institutional clients in APAC and the US, are looking to hire for a Business Development Manager position that is fully remote across APAC or the US. In this role you have a great opportunity to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients across APAC, Europe, and the US.

Main Responsibilities:

- Come up with innovative growth strategies that will bring in new clients and keep client satisfaction high.
- Research target markets, look into new markets, and address client requirements.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline, set up prospective meetings with target clients.
- Promote the company's products/services accurately.
- Provide after-sales support.
- Help to develop junior/entry-level staff into successful/valuable salespeople.


- Sales experience at a crypto exchange (ideally institutional focused).
- Bring a relevant book of clients that you can leverage in this role.
- Fluency in English + Mandarin (a plus).
- Great ability to use multiple sales methods such as cold outreach, warm leads, and closing deals.
- Ability to work well within a start-up environment, handle tasks well and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Good communication, organisation, and written skills.
