Responsibilities:

- Lead community engagement efforts in the digital currencies, crypto, and blockchain sectors.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Create compelling content across social channels, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage and moderate community platforms such as Telegram groups and Discord servers.
- Respond promptly to community inquiries, monitor feedback, and online reviews.
- Organize events to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on blockchain trends and community preferences.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify and collaborate with community ambassadors to expand reach.
- Gather community insights to inform content creation and strategy.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with proficiency in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in the crypto/blockchain or related sectors.
- Understanding of the crypto community's dynamics and preferences.
- Deep passion for and knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto community culture and trends.
- Demonstrated success in launching community initiatives such as online forums and ambassador programs.
- Proficiency in social media management and brand content creation, with strong multitasking ability.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital tools for campaign monitoring and automation.
