Blockrec has recently retained a client, a leading retail crypto exchange operating across the US & APAC markets.

They are looking to hire a LATAM Head of Marketing who will help lead the company's expansion efforts in Latin America.



Role:

- You are growth-oriented individual who will help the team to devise and implement marketing strategies to break into the LATAM market.

- Knowledge of the Latin American market and an ability to communicate in Portuguese.

- Experience working in a crypto exchange and how marketing works in this space.

- Devise impactful methods for promoting the company within the LATAM market.

- Develop, manage, and improve marketing campaigns.



Requirements:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Public relations or related field.

- 5+ years' experience working within marketing, 2 of those years working within crypto.

- LATAM Market knowledge and Portuguese language skills.

- Excellent team management skills.
