Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide product designers to enhance the design team's potential.
- Drive multiple transformative projects, collaborating across all stages of development.
- Hands-on contribution to end-to-end flow designs, simplifying user experiences.
- Establish a robust design process, including a comprehensive design system.
- Advocate for user-centric design thinking in cross-functional meetings.
- Utilize user insights to inform design decisions, integrating data-driven approaches.

Requirements:

- Leadership experience, coaching and mentoring product designers for 2+ years.
- Over 7 years of experience within product design (B2C and B2B).
- Proven track record of delivering 0-1 products from concept to launch.
- Native mobile product design expertise.
- Demonstrated familiarity with web3/crypto; fintech experience is a plus.
- Extra credit for motion design/animation expertise.
