- Spearhead innovations and improvements to elevate the user experience and streamline operations.
- Foster cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
- Inspire and empower a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, nurturing talent and fostering development.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements for all Earn transactions.
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard user assets.

Role Requirements:

- Master’s degree in business, Operations Management, MBA, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management or extensive product thinking background.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency operations, particularly within a cryptocurrency exchange platform.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in product and technology.
