Our client, a leading cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Regional Growth Specialist to drive expansion efforts in France. The ideal candidate will specialize in localized growth and client acquisition strategies within the blockchain/web3 sector.

Role Overview:

As a Regional Growth Specialist, you will focus on cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliates in specified regions. Responsibilities include sourcing, collaborating, and strategizing with KOLs to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy, and analyze performance metrics to optimize initiatives.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of affiliate marketing, sales, or business development experience in web 3 industries, preferably with crypto exchanges.
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages as a plus.
- Strong understanding of web 3 trends, market dynamics, and local regulations.
- A nice to have would be proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Workspace and Twitter Analytics.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in the Europe time zone.
