Our client, a leading digital assets trading platform focused on serving institutional clients in APAC and the US, are looking to hire for a Relationship Manager that is fully remote across APAC or the US. This role is focused on developing and expanding the client base focused on institutional clients such as: asset management, HNWI's, crypto mining companies, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

- Establish strong connections with potential clients to increase sales of digital asset management services and increase AUM.
- Develop a sound understanding of client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate, effective, and timely communication with clients.
- Keep engagement with clients regular, with updates on market conditions, investment strategies, and product performance.
- Encourage long-term relationships with clients and cater to their digital asset investment needs, with a high-level of client satisfaction in mind.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in economics or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a financial trading firm, investment bank, hedge fund, or crypto exchange (preferably in the institutional space), at least 2 of those years within crypto.
- Fluency in English.
- Thorough understanding of digital asset management business.
- Knowledge of structured financial products such as dual currency.
- Sales experience related to digital asset exchanges, VC firms (digital assets focused), family offices, or asset management firms.
- Great ability to work in or adapt to a start-up working environment. Can work well under high pressure.
- Strong communication skills, relationship management, and a drive to succeed in sales.
