This is a permanent position with flexible working included, the client is ideally looking for candidates based in a European-friendly timezone.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategy for real-world asset tokenization and off-chain asset management.
- Work with diverse teams to align product roadmaps with technical capabilities and market demands.
- Use analytics and research to understand developer behavior within real-world use-cases, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with the wider product and development teams to execute the product strategy.

Requirements:

- Over 4 years' experience in building and launching developer-centric products.
- Previous experience in working web3 or on blockchain projects.
- Technical background with an understanding of web3 software architecture.
- Blockchain knowledge, particularly in RWA assets, Ethereum, and L2 technologies.
- Passion for product innovation and bridging the gap between blockchain technology and real-world use cases.
- Proficiency in, market research, user research, growth-focused methodologies, and competitor analysis.
